Gearbox Studios to reveal new game during Summer Game Fest

Gearbox Studios is set to reveal a new game this weekend when Summer Game Fest 2021 kicks off.

The studio that gave us the Borderlands franchise and is currently working with Eli Roth on the live-action adaptation of the Borderlands movie. The studio has revealed that they been hard at work on a new IP and fans will get their first look on June 10th.

Creator and host of Summer Game Fest, Geoff Keighley took to Twitter to give us a teaser of the new reveal saying: “Prepare for the reveal of a new adventure from Gearbox and 2K during Summer Games Fest.” Be sure to tune in on June 10th and check out the teaser below.

Game Informer revealed that leaks have been making the rounds through data mining on the teaser website saying: “Keighley was careful not to reveal too much, but there are already some leaks going around as datamined from the teaser website. We don’t want to support leaks this close to the showcase, so we are opting not to drop the leak in this article. If you’re absolutely dying to know, you can find it on Twitter.” We are on the same page here, we don’t support the leaks, but feel free to hunt them down at your discretion.
