Spider-Man: Freshman Year First Look Revealed By Marvel Studios, Charlie Cox Returning as Daredevil In the Series
Marvel Studios took center stage at San Diego Comic-Con today and among all the announcements, first looks, and trailers, we got first-look images of the highly-anticipated animated series focusing on Spidey’s early comic book roots titled Spider-Man: Freshman Year.
It’s still unconfirmed if Tom Holland will be voicing Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the animated series. The interesting and exciting bit of news is that Charlie Cox will be lending his voice to Daredevil in the series as well as Paul F. Thomkins joining to voice Bentley Whittman.
Both announcements came during the panel at SDCC with the confirmation that a second season was coming focusing on Peter Parker’s sophomore year which will be titled, you guessed it, Spider-Man: Sophomore Year.
The series will follow “Peter Parker on his way to becoming Spider-Man in the MCU, with a journey unlike we’ve ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.” The series will be written and executive produced by Jeff Trammel.
Spider-Man: Freshman Year will stream exclusively on Disney+ in 2024. Check out the first-look images below:
