WWE 2K23: John Cena Revealed as Cover Superstar

2K Games has announced that none other than John Cena will be the cover superstar for WWE 2K23. The “you can’t see me” superstar will undoubtedly be the topic of many memes and jokes following the reveal as the implied invisibility jokes continue to live strong to this day and are as iconic as the “you suck” chants that follow Kurt Angle wherever he goes even today.

The game is of course also bringing new features into the mix and the biggest revealed so far is possibly the addition of War Games matches. The match was recently featured at WWE‘s Survivor Series PPV paired up two rings side-by-side and surrounded them with a steel cage. Along with that, the game will also feature an expanded MyGM, online multiplayer for MyFaction, and the return of MyRise, Universe, and Creation modes. There will also be the 2K Showcase mode that will highlight Cena’s career.

The game will release with three versions all with unique cover art. The Standard Edition will give you a copy of the game with a cross-gen edition also being available that gives you a copy of the game for the new-gen and past-gen console on the platform you buy it on. The Standard and Cross-Gen editions will include Bad Bunny and the Ruby Tier Bad BunnyMyFaction card for those who preorder WWE 2K23.

The Deluxe Edition will include the standard edition of the game plus some extra rewards. Check them out below:
