W0RLDTR33: Tynions New Epic Horror Series Coming to Image Comics
Image Comicsannounced that in the eighth issue of IMAGE!, fans will be introduced to W0rldtr33, a new story following five friends who discover a secret world under the internet which they called W0rldtr33. However, things manage to go terribly wrong when they lose control.
This 12-issue anthology is written by multiple Eisner Award-winning writer James Tynion IV and his Razorblades collaborator Fernando Blanco, along with Eisner Award-winning colorist Jordie Bellaire and Eisner Award-nominated letterer Aditya Bidikar.
The description of W0rldtr33 reads:
“In 1999, Gabriel, Amanda, Liam, Yoshi, and Darren discovered what they dubbed the Undernet—a secret architecture beneath the internet. They charted their exploration of the Undernet on a private message board called W0rldtr33. Then they lost control. And unleashed unimaginable horrors.”
“W0rldtr33 is a horror epic that’s been festering in the back of my brain for the better part of five years. I couldn’t be more thrilled to bring this story to life at Image Comics,” said Tynion IV. “I can’t wait to show the world what Fernando, Jordie, Aditya, and I have been building for you.”
Check out the beginning of the story in IMAGE! #8 on November 23 and continue their adventure when W0rldtr33 #1 releases Spring 2023.
