They/Them Trailer Welcomes Viewers to A Conversion Camp Slasher Horror Film
Peacock has released a trailer for the upcoming film They/Them. The upcoming slasher horror film takes viewers to a conversion camp for the LGBTQIA+ community. The film will star Kevin Bacon as the camp organizer for the institution aiming to “cure” people that don’t conform to set gender/sexuality expectations.
The trailer gives us a glimpse of the horrors that will take place at the camp as the group of young attendees arrive at the desolate location in the woods. Offering the promise of peace and serenity, the trailer shows that things quickly take a turn as things become more unsettling as the possible brutal methods being explored at the camp point to trouble for the young campers.

“Kevin Bacon plays Owen Whistler in this slasher horror film set at an LGBTQIA+ conversion camp. Several queer and trans campers join Whistler for a week of programming intended to “help them find a new sense of freedom”.
As the camp’s methods become increasingly more psychologically unsettling, the campers must work together to protect themselves. When a mysterious killer starts claiming victims, things get even more dangerous.”
Starring alongside Bacon will be Anna Chlumsky, Theo Germaine, Carrie Preston, Quei Tann, Austin Crute, Monique Kim, Anna Lore, Cooper Koch, and Darwin del Fabro. The film will be helmed by award-winning screenwriter John Logan who makes his directorial debut.
