The Mandalorian Season 3 Trailer is Taking us Back to Mandalore

During the D23 Expo, the highly-anticipated trailer for The Mandalorian Season 3 has arrived and we get our first look at the next adventure for Din Djarin and Grogu. After the events that unfolded in The Book of Boba Fett, we saw Mando and Grogu reunite and also a tease of a return to Mandalore. Now all fans get to experience the trailer shown within the closed walls of the Star Wars Celebration in May.

Not many plot details are known regarding the upcoming season but with Din’s appearance in The Book of Boba Fett, we saw his attempts to master the Darksaber and his rights to Mandalore being brought into question after revealing he has removed his helmet.

Grogu has also chosen to return to Din after turning down his training with Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill/Graham Hamilton) and returning to his pal Mando. What that will entail moving forward for the two and what adventures this will lead to, will also most likely be touched on and the trailer features the first look at exactly what that might be.

The upcoming season will star Pedro Pascal, Christopher Lloyd, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Paul Sun-Huyng Lee, Amy Sedaris, Omid Abtahi, and Katee Sackhoff. Another possible returning character might be Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) as she gets ready to premiere in her standalone series.

The Mandalorian season 3 will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on February 2023.
