The Invincible Extended Gameplay Trailer Will Have You On the Edge of Your Seat
Today’s PC Gaming Show showed off an extended gameplay trailer of The Invincible. The first-person sci-fi thriller game from Starward Industries looks to give players a compelling, narrative-focused game with absolutely stunning visuals that is sure to make up for the slower-paced gameplay that it seems to feature. With visuals and landscapes like what we saw in the trailer, we could sit there and look at the game all day long.
Players will take the role of an explorer equipped with a hazmat suit named Yasna. With the help of Novik who provides support over comms, the trailer shows her exploring an irradiated facility, and the deeper into the location players go, the more mysterious it becomes.
The trailer shows players will have gadgets at their disposal such as the handheld tracker that Yasna uses to discover a body buried beneath the sand which indicates we will have tools at our disposal to properly explore this and possibly other areas while being weary of different types of threats we come across.
The pacing may not suit every player but there is a charm to this game that should be enough to make it well worth the effort to check it out. It presents a level of mystery and intrigue that should keep players on the edge of their seats while exploring the desolate land.
The Invincible will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2023. Check out the trailer below:
