Seth Rollins Joins Captain America 4 Cast
WWE Superstar Seth Rollins has joined the cast of the MCU‘s ‘Captain America 4‘. The veteran wrestler has been one of the top talents in WWE for quite some time now and is currently one of the most beloved talents on the roster as go in weekly singing the song of Seth “Freaking” Rollins. Filming on Captain America 4 has been ongoing and although Marvel is VERY good at keeping details and castings hush-hush, it seems like a few set photos let the Rollins out of the bag a bit sooner than they would have liked.

As we mentioned, Seth Rollins is one of the hottest talents on the WWE roster right now and is on track to win the newly announced World Heavyweight Championship as one of the finalists in the tournament for the title that will crown a champion at the upcoming premium event ‘Night of Champions‘ later this month. Rollins is easily the favorite going into the event. He comes off a victory over the Nigerian Giant Omos in what was easily one of the highlight matches of ‘Backlash‘ which took place in Puerto Rico.
Rollins has an infectious personality that has won the crowd over and sees himself at the top of the roster time and time again with feuds against some of the biggest superstars such as The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes and also social media personality Logan Paul who has made in-ring appearances after signing a contract with WWE.
He has clearly won the favor of the crowd as he turns the arenas in any venue into a Gladiator arena that has fans chanting and singing his song at a moment’s notice. It takes a flick of his wrist to move the crowd and see his song sung over and over and has become a favorite moment for many fans watching at home.
Everything We Know About Captain America 4
Captain America 4 is officially titled Captain America: New World Order but rumors are that a title change is on the horizon which is not uncommon for feature films, especially ones tied to big universes such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Rollins’s role in the film is not confirmed but speculation since the video released points to his possibly playing a member of the supervillain group, the Serpent Society. This is mainly due to the outfit he was seen wearing on set but of course, it remains to be seen once official confirmation is given.
Captain America 4 stars Anthony Mackie as the titular character after taking the helm during the events of Disney+‘s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. We have gotten previous confirmation that Liv Tyler will return and reprise her role of Betty Ross from The Incredible Hulk in which she starred opposite Edward Norton. Harrison Ford will take on the role of Thaddeus Ross as he takes over for the late William Hurt.
Also starring will be Sebastian Stan, Tim Blake Nelson, Carl Lumbly, Danny Ramirez, Shira Haas, and Xosha Roquemore. The film is helmed by Julius Onah from a script written by Dalan Musson and Malcolm Spellman.
Captain America 4 is scheduled to release in theaters on May 3, 2024.
