New Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania Trailer Reveals Ant-Man Preparing for His Biggest Challenge Yet

Marvel Studios has released another trailer for the highly-anticipated Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. The threequel to Paul Rudd‘s Ant-Man films is set to arrive next month and Marvel Studios is still pulling more layers back on a film that looks like it will hold tons of excitement and possible repercussions we may see ripple through the upcoming phases of the MCU. Along with the new trailer, the film also got a new poster as Ant-Man is stranded in the Quantum Realm.

The new trailer brought lots of action and shows Scott Lang alongside his family dealing with what could possibly be their biggest challenge yet as Jonathan Major‘s Kang locks into a battle with Lang that will take them into a multiversal battle, unlike anything we can imagine. The new trailer also gives us a quick glimpse of none other than MODOK!

With Lang unable to turn down an opportunity to spend the time lost with his daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton) during the blip, Kang’s intentions might not have been as honest as he initially led Lang to believe and what unravels could very well be the beginning of Kang’s conquest and attempt to build his dynasty.

Starring alongside Rudd, Majors, and Newton will be Evangeline Lilly, Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Douglas, William Jackson Harper, Bill Murray, Randall Park, and Mike Wood. The film was helmed by Peyton Reed from a screenplay penned by Jeff Loveness. Kevin Feige, Mitchell Bell, Stephen Broussard, and Kevin de la Noy produced the film.

Kang or a version of Kang at least was introduced in Loki season 1 and we may be seeing some serious implications for the upcoming phases in Marvel. Will this new Kang take advantage of the remorse Lang feels for missing this time with his daughter and what is his endgame, how does MODOK play into this? So many questions have surfaced but nothing is higher than the hype and anticipation of this film. What we do know is that Kang will have a major role in the events unfolding in Phases 5 and 6 as it all leads to Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will release on February 17, 2023.
