Marvel Developing Nova Project With Moon Knight Scribe
Marvel is reportedly developing a Nova project for the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to reports, Moon Knight scribe Sabir Pirzada will be developing the project for Marvel Studios. With Phase 4 in full effect and Disney+ opening up the MCU even more with the opportunity of solo projects on a smaller scale has made the new phase of the MCU much more interesting with the additional platform at their disposal. This has opened the door for more heroes to enter the universe such as Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel.
Now it seems as though Richard Rider/Nova will be entering the universe and although many fans expected the hero to appear through Guardians of the Galaxy as the Nova Corps was established in the MCU through the films for many years now. One thing fans noted was the lack of Rider’s presence even with Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige acknowledging that Nova is a character they definitely had an interest in introducing at some point.

Nova first appeared in The Man Called Nova #1 in 1976 as a space-faring superhero who takes his powers from a cosmic energy source known as the Nova Force. His real name is Richard Rider and serves as a member of the intergalactic peacekeeping force called Nova Corps.
Deadline revealed that Pirzada is developing a Nova solo project for Marvel Studios, with Feige attached as an executive producer. What’s unclear at this point is if it will be a movie or another Disney+ original series.
