Space Pirate Loot-Shooter Marauders Announced
Small Impact Games and Team17 have announced a new game titled Marauders. The new space-pirate loot-shooter is a four-player PVE + PVP first-person game that is coming to PC in early access later this year.
The game is set in an alternate 1990s future that will allow players to make raids and attempt to survive while upgrading gear through XP. The fun doesn’t all focus on the raid and loot cycle as players will also be able to take the fight to the skies… or space in dogfights. With upgradeable ships that you can build upon through scavenging, or just buying a new ship outright, you will be able to combine different mods and parts to build a ship worthy of a fight.
The developers released a trailer and screenshots of the upcoming game which you can check out below. Marauders will be available for preorder soon via Steam and the Microsoft Store with a closed alpha also on the way.
