Hidden Strike Trailer Reveals the Explosive Team-up Between John Cena and Jackie Chan
If you are in need of action and some laughs then the Hidden Strike trailer should give you a good clue as to what to add to your watchlist. The upcoming action-comedy film sees John Cena and Jackie Chan team up as ex-Special Forces operatives tasked with escorting civilians across the “Highway of Death.” One of the most dangerous roads in the world poses a challenge for the two action stars.
The film takes place in the near future and sees the two stars get caught up in the Middle East amid an oil war in the near future. This leads to plenty of action sequences, explosions, and fun banter between the two seasoned action stars that have shown us time and time again that they can pack a punch as well as a punchline.
The film is helmed by Scott Waugh who also directed the Aaron Paul-led film adaptation of Need for Speed. The film was originally titled Snafu and has been in the works for quite some time with its release in danger at one point but with a trailer featuring the action, we can expect XYZ Films to drop the film sooner rather than later.
