Godzilla Minus One Stomps Its Way To Extended U.S. Theatrical Run

Godzilla Minus One has been making monstrous waves in the U.S. theatrical scene, captivating audiences with the thrilling live-action spectacle that has fans and critics buzzing. The film’s success has prompted an announcement from Toho‘s official Twitter account, revealing an extension to its limited run across the United States and Canada.

Now, Godzilla Minus One will be wreaking havoc in over 2,500 theaters, ensuring that more fans have the opportunity to witness the beloved King of Monsters on the big screen. The extended run will commence on December 8 and continue until at least December 14, giving moviegoers more time to catch the legendary kaiju in action.

This latest installment marks Toho’s return to the live-action Godzilla franchise since 2016. Set in post-WWII Japan, Godzilla Minus One explores the monster’s origin story as it embarks on a rampage of destruction, pushing the country from “zero to minus.”
