Cyberpunk 2077: You Have My Word #4: Teresa’s Racks Up A Body Count In Her Blood-Drenched Path for Vengeance

Dark Horse Comics has released an exclusive preview of Cyberpunk 2077: You Have My Word #4. The new series further expands the universe of Cyberpunk 2077 with the new tie-in limited series and follows the events of a new urban development project that touches too close to a Valentino gang territory. With the help of hired cyberpunks, they looked to kill the project. The events that unfolded brought Teresa back to a life she had walked away from but the Night City she returns to is much different and it has led to more questions than answers surrounding the murder of her daughter.

In the newest preview, we see Teresa’s path to vengeance get bloody and she leaves plenty of bodies behind but with the darkness that shrouds Night City. Can she make it out alive? The story is penned by Bartosz Sztybor, with art by Jesus Hervas, and colors by Giulia Brusco. Sztybor also serves as narrative designer and writer for video game developer CD Projekt Red.

Dark Horse‘s description of You Have My Word #4 reads:

“Bound by blood and out for blood, Teresa’s path of vengeance is paved with bodies, but will it end with her on the other side of the blade? In Night City, trust is just another word–and a deadly mistake.”

This is only another title in the evergrowing lineup of tie-ins and expansions of the Cyberpunk universe. Dark Horse and CD Projekt Red have done a phenomenal job of expanding the universes under the developer’s studio with The Witcher also growing immensely through the collaborations of the publisher and developer. We have only scratched the surface of Night City so stay tuned as Teresa’s story reaches its end and more stories emerge from under the lights of Night City in the future.

Cyberpunk 2077: You Have My Word #4 will be available at your favorite local comic shop and digitally on November 16th, 2022.
