Ash Ketchum FINALLY Becomes A Pokémon Master
During the latest episode of Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series, we witnessed a feat 25 years in the making. The forever young Pokémon trainer Ash Ketchum has finally become a Pokémon master. The big moment was revealed as the newest episode premiered in Japan and we saw Ash and Pikachu take down Leon and his Charizard. As the final battle in the Pokémon World Coronation Series Masters Eight Tournament concluded, Ash saw himself atop all the champions from multiple regions and finally showed the world he is the world’s best Pokémon trainer.
Since he set out to become the very best, Ash has seen victories but has always found himself falling short in tournaments and it wasn’t until a few years ago that he was able to obtain a Pokémon League Championship. By defeating Gladion and becoming Alola’s Champion. A feat that had evaded him since the series premiered in 1997.
As he now becomes one of the world’s best Pokémon trainers, we see this happen right as we are set to enter the Paldea region in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet which could be the next entry for our beloved hero as he continues his quest to “catch them all.”
