The Ancient Magus Bride The Boy from the West and the Knight of the Blue Storm: The trailer for the OAD of Kore Yamazaki’s popular manga Ancient Magus’ Bride has been released.
The Ancient Magus Bride The Boy from the West and the Knight of the Blue Storm: The Ancient Magus’ Bride is a popular manga by Kore Yamazaki that grew an audience with an anime adaptation a few years ago. Recently, over on Twitter, a new trailer was shared for a new OAD (original anime disc) titled The Ancient Magus’ Bride: The Boy from the West and the Knight of the Blue Storm. The first part of this new OAD will premiere alongside the release of Volume 16 of the manga in September with the other two parts releasing in 2022.
The OAD is set “before Chise enrolls in The College” and features the additions of Hiromi Igarashi as Gabriel and Aoi Ichikawa as the mysterious boy in the trailer. Kazuaki Terasawa is directing the new Ancient Magus’ Bride OAD at Studio Kafka and the trailer looks gorgeous. Aya Takaha and Yoko Yonaiyama will be writing the script with Hirotaka Kata returning to handle character design and Junichi Matsumoto returning as composer. Are you excited for the new project?
