Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Will Feature Kevin Conroy as Batman
Rocksteady Studios shared a clip of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League which revealed that Kevin Conroy would reprise the role of Batman one last time. Conroy, who passed away earlier in the year, made the role iconic since lending his voice to the character in the 90s in the Batman: The Animated Series. He went on to don the cowl multiple times throughout his career which included Rocksteady‘s Arkham series.
The Suicide Squad game is within the same spirit of the Arkham game series but will be a cooperative shooter that sees Suicide Squad members King Shark, Captain Boomerang, Harley Quinn, and Deadshot put on a deadly mission to take out the Justice League after Brainiac corrupts the superhero team. The trailer boasts the likes of what the Suicide Squad embodies with a dark picture being presented as our heroes are reigning terror onto humanity but as always, the ragtag team of the Suicide Squad lightens the mood with their humor.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will release on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC on May 26, 2023.
