Street Fighter 6 Gets TMNT Crossover Full of Turtle-themed Items

Capcom recently made the exciting announcement that Street Fighter 6 will be collaborating with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe. Starting from August 8th, players will have the opportunity to dress up their Street Fighter 6 avatars as Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo, complete with TMNT-themed costumes, cosmetic items, and emotes.

Additionally, the collaboration brings TMNT stamps, titles, and wallpapers for camera mode. Even the Battle Hub will undergo a transformation, adorned with TMNT banners, signs, and trailers.

While the specific content revealed for Street Fighter 6 does not appear to directly tie into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, the collaboration’s timing aligns nicely with the recent film release.

This exciting TMNT crossover was unveiled at EVO 2023, accompanied by a teaser trailer for A.K.I., the upcoming DLC character joining the game. Following A.K.I.’s release, fans can anticipate the arrival of two more DLC fighters: Ed in winter 2024 and Akuma in spring 2024.
