Dark Horse’s official description of Space Jobs #4 reads:
Captain Olivier realizes he may have made a mistake by promoting someone as . . . enthusiastic as Francine Masht to First Officer. She has the whole crew scrambling to prepare a funeral for the last First Officer, but the Captain needs to get this ship and its cargo moving, specifically, moving away from any battlefields. But despite his best efforts, the crew of the Bush may see some action. Don’t miss the explosive finale of the first arc of Space Job!
Space Jobs has done a phenomenal job in just three issues to create a relatable future where like many of us with day jobs, can sometimes be caught up in a job we hate. Throw in some comedy in the vein of The Orville or Avenue 5 and a little razzle-dazzle of sci-fi adventure and you get the wonderful world of Space Job. The series shines in just four issues as we poke fun at humanity in a story that shows us that even in space, we sometimes just want to jump ship.
Space Job #4will be available at your favorite local comic shop and digitally on June 28, 2023.
