Acclaimed Grammy-nominated artists and producers Unsecret and DJ Form are returning to the comics scene with an exhilarating new Kickstarter campaign for Seven Dead Stars: A Universe Begins. The much-anticipated dual release introduces a compelling space adventure series comprising two essential components:

• Issue #0: A captivating 24-page origin story, accompanied by a variant edition envisioned by Butcher Billy.

The Seven Dead Stars project boasts a star-studded lineup of creators, featuring artwork by Cliff Richards (known for Batman, Justice League, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer), colors by Michael Bartolo (renowned for Captain America, Iron Man, and Star Wars), and letters and layout by Kathryn Renta (recognized for Wonder Woman and Call of Duty).

The story revolves around Form, one of the few remaining humans in the galaxy, and Unsecret, a mysterious helmeted mercenary whose true identity eludes him. Together, they operate as Grid Runners, specializing in smuggling energy from the Seven Dead Stars to support alien communities living off the grid.

This saga kicks off with a catastrophic encounter with the Scorpio Regime, propelling Form and Unsecret into an unforeseen adventure as they crash land on a peculiar planet. Their experiences on this enigmatic world are destined to profoundly impact not only their lives but the fate of the entire universe.
