More talent has been added to director Damien Chazelle‘s 1920s Hollywood-set film Babylon. Samara Weaving, Max Minghella, Flea, Rory Scovel, Lukas Haas, Eric Roberts, P.J. Byrne, and Damon Gupton are the latest to join the film.

They join the previously announced cast of Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Diego Calva, Jovan Adepo, Li Jun Li, and Katherine Waterston.

There’s no story details on the film as of yet, but we do know the movie is aiming for an R-rating and it’s “set in the shifting moment in Hollywood when the motion picture industry turned from silent film to talkies.”

The 1920s Hollywood era was a sight to behold and with Chazelle’s track record, it’s certain to be a great film such as we’ve seen in La La Land and Whiplash.

Babylon will have a limited release in theaters on Christmas Day 2022 with a wide release on January 6, 2023.
