Nia Jax Annhialates Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez in Return to Monday Night Raw
In the main event of WWE‘sMonday Night Raw, Rhea Ripley defended her Raw Women’s Championship against Raquel Rodriguez in a rematch from WWE Payback. Ripley stepped out into the ring without Dominik Mysterio at ringside, something the Judgement Day doesn’t do often but Mami was up to the challenge.
As the match reached its final minutes, Nia Jax made an appearance. Jax unleashed a vicious attack on Rodriguez, ultimately aiding Ripley in retaining her title. However, it became clear that Jax’s intentions were far from aligning herself with Ripley or the Judgement Day, as she quickly set her sights on the champion as well.
The unexpected conclusion to the final Raw under the McMahon regime was not without fireworks as the entire WWE Universe is wondering about Jax’s return and the potential of a shot at Rhea’s title in the near future.
Jax’s return to the WWE had been the subject of speculation for weeks, and her reappearance on Monday Night Raw solidifies her being positioned in the top card and firmly places her in the title picture. Her previous appearance on WWE TV was back in January, following her release in 2021, making her return all the more exciting and surprising.
Stay tuned to WWE Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown as the new regime of Endeavor after purchasing WWE from Vince McMahon leaves many questioning what changes both creatively and otherwise might be coming in the future.
