Marvel Unveils All Covers for Iconic Amazing Spider-Man #900
Marvel Comics has unveiled the covers for the upcoming iconic Amazing Spider-Man #900 issue headed our way this July. Coming from Zeb Wells and Ed McGuiness‘ new series Amazing Spider-Man #6 will mark the 900th issue in the long-running adventures of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
The milestone issue will be celebrated with a giant-sized spectacular that the publisher promises will be one of the biggest showdowns in Spider-Man’s history as he faces off against the Sinister Adaptoid. A villain with the abilities of the Sinister Six.
The milestone issue will bring together some of the industry’s biggest artists to provide art for variant covers including John Romita Jr., Peach Momoko, Bengal, Ben Su, Mark Bagley, Humberto Ramos, Julian Totino Tedesco, Jim Cheung, Skottie Young, John Cassaday, Maria Wolf, and Taurin Clarke.
Wells shared his excitement for giant-sized Spider-Man anniversary issues in the press release, saying:
“There’s nothing I love more than a giant-size Spider-Man anniversary issue, and I’m pulling out all the–ah, what does it matter what I think. ED MCGUINNESS is drawing a super-sized Spider-story. Who isn’t going to check this out???”
