Killer Elves Are on the Loose In There’s Something in the Barn Trailer
There’s Something in the Barn, directed by Magnus Martens, is an upcoming horror comedy set to premiere on November 12. The film follows the Nordheim family, an American family who moves to a picturesque farm in rural Norway. Little do they know, their new home harbors a dark secret – a mischievous and malevolent barn elf.
As the story unfolds, their son, portrayed by talented Townes Bunner, discovers the presence of the barn elf. He soon realizes that the elf despises any changes made, including the family’s beloved Christmas decorations. With his clueless parents, played by Martin Starr and Amrita Acharia, in danger, he must find a way to save them from the barn elf’s deadly and festive vengeance.
The film also stars Jeppe Beck Larsen, Zoe Winther-Hansen, and Kiran Shah. The screenplay of the film was written by Aleksander Kirkwood Brown. Executive producers Carole Baraton, Yohann Comte, and Pierre Mazars executive produced the film. Additionally, Kjetil Omberg, alongside Jørgen Storm Rosenberg, produced the film, while Aleksi Hyvärinen served as co-producer.
