BlaX Trauma Productions Announces Release of Karcis #1
Brian Hawkins has announced the upcoming release of Karcis #1, the new Issue from writer and editor Hawkins’ New production company BlaX Trauma Productions. Spearheaded by Hawkins, BlaX Trauma Productions will be a brand-new horror studio that aims to showcase Hawkins’ creative writing and comic work. Collaborating with a talented group of indie creators including creator/artist Nathan Kelly, colorist Don Mathias, letterer Francisco Zamora, and graphic designer Jerpa Nilsson.


Karcis #1 takes readers on a chilling journey following Paul Karcis, a dedicated paranormal investigator who is driven by his relentless pursuit of uncovering the mysteries hidden in the darkness. Possessing an uncanny ability to delve deep into the unknown, Paul’s life is forever changed when he is summoned to investigate a brutally mauled body discovered in the snowy town of Thompson Pass, Alaska. As he delves deeper into the investigation, Paul unravels horrifying forces at work within the frigid community.
When asked about his new venture and the launch of BlaX Trauma Productions, Hawkins stated:
