John Cena Joins Fortnite This Week
Epic Games has announced that one of the greatest WWE superstars and star of DC‘s Peacemaker would be joining their epic battle royale Fortnite. In celebration of WWE‘s SummerSlam event going down this Saturday, the 16-time world champion John Cena will be making his way to Fortnite‘s Item Shop.
Cena will be available with his full entrance gear as well as an alternate outfit that will feature his in-ring gear. There will be a set available that features Cena’s iconic “you can’t see me” emote, a WWE Championship title belt Back Bling, and a Five Digit Slapper pickaxe.
Cena makes the second former WWE Champion to join the battle royale as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson previously joined Fortnite in an epic crossover that changed the game in many ways. WWE is one of the most popular sports entertainment industries with a big presence in video games and this only marks another small step in their many collaborations. Look for John Cena in the Item Shop on July 28th, 2022.
