Horrorscope Casts Jacob Batalon, Alana Boden, Avantika, and Adain Bradley To Lead Upcoming Horror Film
The stars have aligned for the upcoming horror film Horrorscope as Deadline has reported that the film will be led by Jacob Batalon, Alana Boden, Avantika, and Adain Bradley. They will star alongside Humberly González and Wolfgang Novogratz in Anna Halberg and Spenser Cohen‘s film that will have viewers shaking for reasons much more sinister than Mercury entering retrograde.
The film is being adapted from a novel of the same name by author Nicholas Adams that spins the tale of professional horoscope reading gone terribly wrong. As members of the group that took part in the reading begin to die in ways reminiscent of their readings, the remaining friends in the group race against time and the cosmic powers themselves to undo their future. The novel also had the twist of a serial killer hunting them down but we will have to wait to hear more on the film before we know if this feature is headed in that direction as well.
The film will be produced by Leslie Morgenstein, Elysa Koplovitz Dutton, and Scott Glassgold. Cohen, and Halberg will co-write the film’s script and executive produce with Scott Strauss, Lariah Perara, and Michael Bitar overseeing the film.
Horrorscope does not have a release date or additional details but stay tuned as more information becomes available.
