Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire Trailer Shows Epic Team-Up Against New Kaiju Threat
The newly released Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire trailer showcases an incredible team-up between Godzilla and Kong as they face a menacing new threat. The voiceover in the trailer highlights the human misconception that life can only exist on the surface of our planet, which is shattered by the events depicted in Godzilla vs. Kong.
Beyond what we previously knew, there is much more to the Monsterverse that remains unknown. In the upcoming film, Godzilla and Kong join forces to confront this hidden threat, taking us on an adventure that explores the depths of the Earth and the sprawling surface. Notably, Godzilla is seen sporting a new glowing pink energy, while Kong wields a mechanical arm, suggesting that they have received upgrades of some sort, possibly to aid them in this new fight.

The film stars Dan Stevens, Kaylee Hottle, Millie Bobby Brown, Nicola Crisa, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Fala Chen, Mercy Cornwall, Alexander Skarsgard, Drew Matthews, Rachel House, Alex Ferns, and Eric Lee. Adam Wingard directed the film from a script written by Terry Rossio, Simon Barrett, and Jeremy Slater.
