Fortnite and Dragon Ball Super Team-Up for Another Collaboration
Epic Games has announced that they will be teaming up with Dragon Ball Super for another collaboration. The beloved manga and anime series previously joined the battle royale game with some of the anime series’ top characters joining the game along with cosmetics, and even the inclusion of a limited-time weapon featuring the Kamehameha, famously known to fans of the series. Now that we have been given access to the likes of Vegeta, Goku, Beerus, and Bulma, we will see what comes to Fortnite tomorrow.
The news broke via the official Fortnite Twitter account as the image featured a Red Ribbon ship hovering over Fortnite island with “Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super” displayed across the image. The caption followed up with only tomorrow’s date displayed and nothing more.
If there are new characters and items in store for us, there are still many of the series mainstays that can make their way to the battle royale game with Gohan, Piccolo, Frieza, and many more heroes and villains able to pop up in the game. It could also be likely that the collaboration is focused on the most recent film around the anime series titled Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. The 21st film in the series was yet another banger for Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama wrote the screenplay with Toei Animation handling production.
Stay tuned tomorrow as Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super kicks off what should be another hit collab between the two media monsters.
