Disney Announces Frozen 3
Disney is reportedly preparing to take fans back into the magical world of Frozen as Collider reports that Disney has announced Frozen 3. Not much else is known other than Elsa, Anna, and their friends will be back for another adventure into the unknown. The film has cast a spell on fans since the first film was released in 2013 and further elevated itself as one of the most popular franchises in the Disney library with Frozen 2 in 2019.
The most recent installment starred Kristen Bell as Anna, Idina Menzel as Elsa, Josh Gad as Olaf, Jonathan Groff as Kristoff, Sterling K. Brown as Mattias, Evan Rachel Wood as Iduna, Alfred Molina as Agnarr, and Martha Plimpton as Yelena. The films are inspired by Hans Christian Andersen‘s The Snow Queen.
The previous film saw Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf leave Arendelle and head towards an enchanted forest that not only was the source of a threat to their kingdom but also held secrets about their parents, and also the origin of Elsa’s powers.
This story is still developing and we will share as we know more but for those of you who were hoping for a trilogy, Disney has granted your wish!
