Blizzard revealed that Diablo II: Resurrected will be arriving this year with a new trailer during E3.
Diablo II: Resurrected launches on numerous platforms on September 23. You can take on every evil imaginable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, and PC. An open beta for the game is scheduled to take place in August, allowing players to take on the roles of Amazon, Paladin, Druid, Sorceress, and Barbarian. Assassin and Necromancer won’t be available until launch.
Diablo II: Resurrected will be available in two different versions, the first being the standard edition that will give you access to the base game at a price of $39.99. The second is the Diablo Prime Evil Collection that will give players access to the base game, Diablo III with Reaper of Souls and the Necromancer DLC, and a Mephisto pet and Hatred’s Grasp wings for Diablo III.
Diablo II: Resurrected contains Diablo II and the Lord of Destruction expansion and includes some visual improvements over the original. Preordering the game gives players early access to the open beta coming in August, but we don’t have an exact date at this time.
