Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Releases This October, Artwork Revealed
Activision Blizzard has announced the release date for the recently announced Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The announcement was made on Twitter and accompanied by a short video featuring character art from the upcoming entry in the Call of Duty franchise.
The trailer shows off many familiar faces from the franchise as drone footage sends players flying through the Port of Long Beach. The drones set their sights on the side of shipping containers that display portraits of Simon “Ghost” Riley, Captain John Price, John “Soap” MacTavish, Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, and the introduction of a new character, Mexican Special Forces Colonel Alejandro Vargas.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will release on October 28th, 2022. The game is still a mystery as many details are yet to be released, including the platforms it will be available on. We expect the game to be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out the video below:
