You Can Now Upload PlayStation 5 Screenshots and Videos to Your PlayStation App

The use of screenshots and game captures has become more and more popular as the generation of consoles continues to advance and in the era of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, we saw these features reach new popularity, but were still limited to how we could share these captures with our friends.

Xbox has already implemented the ability to have your screenshots and captures available to you through your Xbox app and now PlayStation has joined the fold as will make these features available to players through the PlayStation app.

PlayStation has officially rolled out this new feature for PS5 players and you will need to enable this on your console settings and PlayStation app first. From there, all your screenshots and videos under three minutes will be uploaded automatically to the PlayStation app. They will be available for 14 days for you to save and download any images or videos that you want directly to your mobile device.

Similar to Xbox captures, this gives players a much easier way to be able to access their captures and share them with or however they wish.
