TITANS Season 3 Trailer

HBO Max has released a full trailer for DC’s Titans Season 3, and it offers us a look at what is coming as Bruce Wayne quits as Batman and Red Hood is on a mission to take over Gotham City. After Jason Todd is murdered, Wayne is devastated and he tells Dick Grayson that it’s over for him and that he needs to be a better Batman than he was.

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find where they belong. In this third season, circumstances draw our heroes to Gotham City, where they will reunite with old friends and face new threats. This looks like it’s going to be a great new season! This show ended up being a pleasant surprise.

The new season introduces Savannah Welch as Barbara Gordon, Jay Lycurgo as Tim Drake, Curran Walters as Red Hood, and Vincent Kartheiser has been cast in the role of Jonathan Crane, a.k.a Scarecrow.

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson/Robin, Teagan Croft as Raven, Alan Ritchson and Minka Kelly as Hawk and Dove, Bruno Bichir as Dr. Niles Caulder, Lindsey Gort as Police Detective Amy Rohrbach, Joshua Orpin as Conner Kent/Superboy, Esai Morales as Deathstroke, Chella Man as Deathstroke’s son Jericho Wilson, Chelsea T. Zhang as Deathstroke’s daughter Rose Wilson (The Ravager), Iain Glen as Bruce Wayne, Natalie Gumede as Mercy Graves, Drew Van Acker as Aqualad, and Curran Walters as Jason Todd/Robin).

Titans showrunner Greg Walker also recently talked about how the third season is going to be different from the first two, saying, “This is how this season is going to be different, I think in a lot of ways. It ultimately ends with them figuring out a way as a team. It ends optimistically. I think the world that we live in right now, especially the way the Titans can be, we kind of beat ourselves up for our past sins. It’s nice to be liberated. We have a character named Dove who is going to point in the direction we’re going to go. It takes them a long time to follow her advice. Ultimately finding a way to get off the hamster wheel. To stop doing things the way we’ve always done them and find a new way. That, they have to figure out how to do collectively.”

Titans Season 3 is set to premiere on HBO Max on August 12th.
