Skybound Entertainment has unveiled a stunning collection of all-new The Walking Dead Deluxe connecting variant covers by acclaimed comics legend J.H. Williams III. These killer and captivating covers feature beloved characters from the iconic “Too Far Gone” arc of the groundbreaking comic series.

The Walking Dead #1 marked the beginning of creator Robert Kirkman‘s historic journey, revolutionizing comic book storytelling and leaving an indelible mark on pop culture. Spanning nearly sixteen years, the series pushed boundaries and culminated in a surprise ending at issue #193.

Its immense popularity has led to spin-off one-shots, graphic novels, video games, and the wildly successful TV franchise on AMC that continues to expand with Fear the Walking Dead and The Walking Dead: Dead City leading the way currently.

The new variant covers will be featured on The Walking Dead Deluxe issues #73–#78. These issues present the series in full color for the first time, with Kirkman’s compelling narrative and Charlie Adlard‘s art, complemented by Dave McCaig‘s vibrant colors. This has given fans a brand-new lens in which they get to relive the iconic comic book series that has launched an entire pop-culture fandom.

The release of The Walking Dead Deluxe #73 marks the debut of this mesmerizing set of connecting covers which will run through issue #78. To celebrate the monumental 20th anniversary of the series, The Walking Dead Deluxe will be releasing an extensive lineup of covers this October.
