Taft Sturgeon: Holiday in the Stars Brings Holiday-Filled Tale to Kickstarter
Writer David Crispino and artist Tony Gregori have teamed up to bring readers a delightful holiday adventure with their Kickstarter campaign for Taft Sturgeon: Holiday in the Stars. This original graphic novel promises to captivate readers with its enchanting blend of holiday magic, thrilling adventures, and heartfelt camaraderie.

Set during the Christmas season, Taft Sturgeon: Holiday in the Stars takes place throughout the galaxy. Join Taft and his friends as they embark on an extraordinary quest to thwart a sinister toy salesman, a conniving robotics tycoon, and an army of robotically engineered Taft-O-Trons.
But when a black hole unexpectedly throws Taft to the intergalactic North Pole, he must find a way back in time to save his friends or risk becoming a permanent resident in Santa’s workshop. Will Taft be able to overcome greed and exploitation with the power of goodwill and friendship? The answer lies within the pages of this 140-page, full-color graphic novel.

Motivated by a passion for storytelling, writer David Crispino expressed:
“I believe it’s important to support and compensate my collaborators while we bring our dreams and nightmares to life. As for why I chose to tell a Christmas story, it’s a way for me to honor the people who taught me the values of spreading cheer and kindness.
I hold dear memories of my dad, grandfather, and great-grandparents, and I try to embody their spirit, especially during the holidays. By filling my house with lights, warmth, and cheer, I hope to share that sense of joy with readers.”

Crispino and Gregori are joined by colorists Simon Gough and Guilherme Lindemberg Mendes, as well as letterer Taylor Esposito. The Kickstarter campaign for Taft Sturgeon: Holiday in the Stars is available for five more days. Don’t miss your chance to support this out-of-this-world holiday tale! Head over to the campaign page and be part of this magical adventure.
