Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl Gameplay Trailer Takes Players Back to the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone
Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobylis set to arrive this year and GSC Game World recently revealed a gameplay trailer giving players a taste of the stunning gameplay and narrative that will drive the shooter when it arrives on PC and consoles. The next-gen sequel to its award-winning predecessor hopes to deliver yet another memorable experience in the post-apocalyptic Chornobyl Exclusion Zone.
The newly revealed video for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl as we see the mutated monstrosities and has reinvigorated players’ hopes of the title working its way to a release after years of halts on development.
The game was confirmed in 2020 and saw itself halt development after the Russian invasion of Ukraine where the developer studio is based. With evacuations in place, many employees, unfortunately, had to flee their homes while others chose to stay and defend their homes and the capital of Ukraine. One of those designers sadly was killed in combat.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobylwill release on Xbox Series X/S and PC in 2023. The game will also join the library of titles available on Xbox Game Pass.
