Skybound X #25: The Anthology Series Returns and Teases New Stories That Will Bring Familiar and New Faces To Readers

Skybound Entertainment has released a first look at the highly-anticipated Skybound X #25. The special issue will give fans their first glimpse at Battle Beast, Dark Ride, Kroma, and Scurry. 

The anthology series was an immense success during its five-issue series that celebrated Image Comics’ 30th anniversary. The series returns, this time looking to the future with looks at some of the most anticipated series coming from the publisher. 

With returning and new characters filling the pages of the super-sized issue. First up, Battle Beast bursts out of the pages of the beloved Invincible comic series and now popular Amazon animated series, bringing together Robert Kirkman and Ryan Ottley. 

Riding in with a brand-new horror series titled Dark Ride will be the team that brought us Birthright, writer Josh Williamson and artist Andrew Bressan. Writer/artist  Lorenzo De Felici then brings us the first appearance of Kroma. Finally, Mac Smith tells a story of animals’ attempts at survival in an apocalyptic world in Scurry. 

Skybound X #25 will be avail at your favorite local comic shop and digitally on July 20th, 2022. Check out the preview below:
