Skybound Releases Invincible: Escape from Mars Tabletop Game
Skybound Tabletop recently unveiled the retail release of Invincible: Escape from Mars, a superhero deduction game based on the popular comic book series Invincible by Robert Kirkman, Corey Walker, and Ryan Ottley.
This release coincides with the highly-anticipated second season of the adult animated series on Prime Video, which stars Steven Yeun, J.K. Simmons, Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Jason Mantzoukas, Gillian Jacobs, and more.

Designed by Whitney Loraine, Joshua Camden, and Patrick Logan, Invincible: Escape from Mars is a social deduction game that encourages 4-10 players to join the Guardians of the Globe in ensuring the safe return of brave civilians from Mars, all while preventing the infiltration of the rocket by Sequids.
The game’s objective is straightforward: locate your teammates, board the rocket, and successfully escape from Mars. Players must exercise cunning to identify any infected individuals, as Sequid infection can occur unpredictably.
Garima Sharma, VP of Licensing & Partnerships at Skybound, expressed excitement about the launch of the inaugural Invincible tabletop game, emphasizing its suitability for dedicated fans. Sharma stated:
“Invincible: Escape from Mars was created for the best fans in the universe, and we are eager for them to experience this game. This game is a great addition for your next game night, given its strong gameplay and mechanics.”

Debuting to critical acclaim on January 22, 2003, Invincible #1 was the creation of Kirkman and Walker, with Ottley later joining as an artist and contributing creator. Over its fifteen-year tenure at Image Comics, Invincible garnered praise across 144 issues and spawned various spin-off series.
In 2021, the Invincible adult animated series debuted on Prime Video, earning accolades for its innovative storytelling. Part 1 of Invincible Season 2 premiered on November 3, 2023, quickly ascending to Prime Video’s Top 10 shows to watch. Fans of the series now eagerly await the arrival of Part 2 of the season on March 14.
Invincible: Escape From Mars is now available for purchase at retail locations nationwide.
