Adult Swim’s New Anime Series Ninja Kamui Drops Action-Packed Trailer
Adult Swim recently unveiled a new trailer for Ninja Kamui, an upcoming anime series helmed by Sunghoo Park, the director of Jujutsu Kaisen. The anime centers on Joe Higan, a former ninja who narrowly escapes a fatal attack by his own clan before seeking refuge in rural America with his family.
After surviving this ordeal, Joe transforms into Ninja Kamui and embarks on a quest to avenge his family. Described as a fusion of John Wick and ninja lore, the visually striking trailer showcases rapid swordplay, intense action, and copious amounts of blood.

Notably, Ninja Kamui represents the inaugural original production from E&H Production, the anime studio established by Park in 2021 during the development of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 and Jujutsu Kaisen 0. The series showcases original character designs by Takashi Okazaki, the renowned artist and writer renowned for his work on Afro Samurai.

Ninja Kamui is set to premiere on Adult Swim‘s Toonami on Feb. 10th, 2024, with episodes streaming on Max the following day. New episodes are to be released on Max after their debut on Adult Swim. Check out the new trailer below:
