Nathan Lane, Amy Ryan among the new cast members to join Joaquin Phoenix in DISAPPOINTMENT BLVD.
Director Ari Aster (Hereditary, Midsommar) is lining up quite the cast for his next mysterious film project Disappointment Blvd. Nathan Lane, Patti LuPone, Amy Ryan, and Kylie Rogers have joined Joaquin Phoenix in the movie.
We don’t have many details on the project to share with you, but the story is described as “an intimate, decades-spanning portrait of one of the most successful entrepreneurs of all time.”
That is not much information to go, but it’s nothing short of intriguing. Some projects can grasp our attention just by seeing the project come together and in this case, I am definitely being sold on the casting and premise of the plot. As out of the box as he may be, Phoenix is definitely an incredible actor who chooses his roles carefully so there must be some magic somewhere in there.
