Marvel Launching A What If…? Novel Series Starting With What If…? Loki Was Worthy

Marvel has been busy crafting the next phases of the MCU and the big summer events in Marvel Comics. Now, they take it to another level with Marvel launching a What If…? novel series. The first novel in the lineup is What If…? Loki Was Worthy Our favorite trickster god is back in a story penned by Madeleine Roux and spins a tale featuring Loki and Valkyrie.

This new What If…? story adding to the newly released multiverse of alternate storylines released in the animated series on Disney+ will follow Loki in a change of events that sees his brother Thor dying. The result of this leads to Loki’s banishment to Earth and not only gives him a chance for redemption but will also alter the Avenger’s story to its core.

Following What If…? Loki Was Worthy: A Loki And Valkyrie Story will be What If…? Wanda Maximoff And Peter Parker Were Siblings which you can tell by the title just where this story will be taking us. The novel will be written by Seanan McGuire and followed by What If…? Marc Spector Was A Host To Venom by Mike Chen.

What If…? Loki Was Worthy: A Loki And Valkyrie Story will be available anywhere books are sold and digitally on March 12, 2024, with What If…? Wanda Maximoff And Peter Parker Were Siblings following in July 2024 and What If…? Marc Spector Was A Host To Venom releasing in October 2024.
