Linda Hamilton Cast in Stranger Things Season 5

Linda Hamilton is going from preventing the Terminator apocalypse to entering the Upside Down as she has been cast in the fifth and final season of Stranger Things. Netflix held their TUDUM event and longtime co-star Arnold Schwarzenegger dropped the announcement confirming that she will join the final trip into Hawkins on the streaming platform. A longtime badass of cinema, many may be asking who she will play but details about her character are being kept under wraps.

As we all eagerly await the final season, we now know we can expect a new face joining the fold as Eleven and Vecna face off and the stakes being higher than ever in the closing moments of Stranger Things Season 4, we can expect the series to kick off right where we last saw our beloved characters.

The series stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalie Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Brett Gelman, and Jamie Campbell Bower as the menacing Vecna. Hamilton is widely known for portraying Sarah Connor in the Terminator franchise and has also starred in Children of the Corn and Dante’s Peak.
