We recently sat down with fantasy author Austin S. Belanger, author of the Tales of the Ert fantasy series that has released three novels in its series thus far titled The Champion of the Golden Queen, In the Shadow of the Great White Wall, and The Long Run to Redemption. Austin has recently partnered up with local shop owner and geek fanatic Rudy Uriostegui to bring his fantasy novels to the desert southwest. The novels are currently available to anyone in the Yuma, AZ area locally exclusively at Rudy’s Phenomenal Games.
Austin and Rudy had a long conversation with us discussing the importance of local community growth, Austin’s journey to bringing his novels to life, and even strapping on some real armor to bring the middle ages to the 21st century. All this and much more, including a bracket crowning a favorite fast-food chain.
