Disney Dreamlight Revealed by Gameloft, Coming to Consoles and PC
Gameloft has announced a new free-to-play simulation adventure game titled Disney Dreamlight Valley. In the game, players will get the chance to meet various Disney and Pixar characters, create their own avatars, and live life in the magical world of Disney/Pixar. As you play, you will get the opportunity to unravel the mysteries lying within Dreamlight Valley, where the characters in this world have lost their memories as a result of the event called The Forgetting. It is up to players to solve the mystery and restore the memories and glory of the now desolate world.
The trailer released by Gameloft shows players a taste of what they will be experiencing in the upcoming game as you get to explore iconic Disney and Pixar worlds filled with your favorite characters as you work to restore their memories. Players will also have the opportunity to design their own villages with an array of Disney items and customization options.
You will also get to befriend the characters in the world including The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story, Frozen, and Moana. The game will be filled with activities that fit right into the Disney magic of the films such as cooking alongside Remy from Ratatouille, growing a garden with Wall-E, or going fishing with Goofy.
The game will be entering early access this summer and players can join early access by purchasing the Founders Pack or by being an Xbox Game Pass member. In early access, players will get the chance to provide feedback to the developer and will also get access to exclusive rewards that will carry over to the full release.
Disney Dreamlight Valley will get an official launch in 2023 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Check out the trailer below:
