Crunchyroll Announces New Titles At NYCC Industry Panel
The Crunchyroll Industry Panel at New York Comic Con brought a Plus Ultra-worthy slate to anime fans. The panel was filled with exciting announcements, including new anime series coming soon to Crunchyroll and updates on existing shows. Get the details on Crunchyroll’s several anime series that will be coming soon to their streaming service below:

Classroom of the Elite Season 3: Set to launch in January 2024, this series follows Ayanokouji and his classmates as they participate in a school camping trip and face a challenging exam known as the “mixed training camp.” The third term promises to be tumultuous as students are forced to work together with those they previously considered enemies.

Spice and Wolf: Merchant Meets the Wise Wolf: This series tells the story of Lawrence, a traveling merchant who meets Holo the Wisewolf, a girl with animal-like ears and tail. They embark on a journey north as Lawrence offers to help Holo return to her homeland. Launch timing for this series is yet to be announced.

The Unwanted Undead Adventurer: Rentt Faina, a hunter of monsters, wakes up as an undead being after meeting his demise in the mouth of a legendary dragon. Determined to regain his humanity, he embarks on a quest for Existential Evolution. The launch timing for this series is set for 2024.

7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!: This captivating series follows Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, a duke’s daughter who is trapped in a time loop after dying at the age of 20. During her seventh go-around in the loop, she encounters the cruel crown prince of a rival kingdom and is forced to become his wife to prevent a war. This series will be released in 2024.

Sengoku Youko: In a world divided into humans and katawara (monsters), Tama, a katawara who loves humans, joins forces with her brother Jinka and swordsman Shinsuke to protect humanity from a plot to transform them into monsters. This series will debut in January 2024.

The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil: Masatora Akutsu, a demon on a recruitment mission in a human high school, encounters the captivating Lily Amane, leading to amusing celestial surprises. The launch timing for this series is yet to be announced.
Crunchyroll also announced the upcoming release of the movie My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Based on the popular series, the movie follows the story of Catarina Claes, a wealthy heiress who regains the memories of her past life as she navigates a world where she’s cast as the villain determined to ruin the protagonist’s romances. Crunchyroll also treated the audience to a world premiere first-look trailer and key art for the upcoming anime series Bye Bye, Earth. This original creation by Tow Ubukata, directed by Yasuto Nishikata, and featuring music composed by Kevin Penkin.

Crunchyroll also announced that pre-registration for One Punch Man: World is now open for Windows PC, iOS, and Android. Developed by Crunchyroll Games and Perfect World, this game allows players to become heroes from the beloved anime One-Punch Man, including fan-favorite characters like Genos, Mumen Rider, Lightning Max, and Saitama himself.

There were plenty of announcements for ongoing and new anime series plus some exciting films making their way to Crunchyroll. The anticipated OPM online action game is also now available to fans, giving us something to look forward to in many mediums. NYCC, as always, brought TONS of announcements during its celebration of pop culture.
