Creepshow Volume 2 is Bringing More Chills from an Ensemble of Superstar Creators
Skybound Entertainment has announced that the hit anthology comic series Creepshow is returning with Creepshow Volume 2. The hit horror comic based on the beloved Shudder TV series saw an impressive outing with its first lineup of stories that delivered thrills and chills and now it is coming back with bigger stories and a lineup of superstar creators.
Creepshow Volume 2 will see an impressive lineup of creators that includes Garth Ennis, Becky Cloonan, Phil Hester, Michael Walsh, Dan Watters, Abigail Larson, Zoe Thorogood, Joel Farrelly, Nick Dragotta, Saladin Ahmed, Joe Quinones, Tim Daniel, DB Andry, Matthew Robers, Goran Sudzuka, plus MANY more.
Skybound teases what’s to come in the debut issue of Creepshow Volume 2:
In the debut issue of the second volume, master of the macabre Garth Ennis and superstar creator Becky Cloonan team up for the very first time to deliver a disturbing tale of the unborn. Then, freaky Phil Hester tells the story of a grieving son who bends the laws of nature to see his mother one last time…this can’t end well!
Just as they did with Volume 1, Skybound will honor the spirit of the TV series by releasing every issue with two stories within the five-part anthology series. Each is packed with its own grotesque story crafted specifically to put fear in readers. The comic series is created in collaboration with Greg Nicotero‘s Monster Agency Productions with Brian Witten overseeing the project.
The debut issue of Creepshow Volume 2 will feature cover art by Guillem March as well as variant cover art by Cloonan and a set of 1:10 incentive connecting covers by celebrated horror artist Skinner.
