Brad Pitt Gets Caught Up in an Assassin Battle Royale in Bullet Train Trailer
A new trailer has been released for the film Bullet Train. The trailer for the new David Leitch film starsBrad Pittand Sandra Bullock is inspired by a best-selling Japanese novel written by Kōtarō Isaka that takes place on a speeding bullet train traveling from Tokyo to Morioka.
The trailer quickly introduces us to the premise of this heart-stopping action film that finds several assassins aboard the bullet train as they each try to carry out a different contract. Before long, these professional killers are aware of one another and find that their contracts all seem to be connected in one way or another as the killers were all tasked with retrieving a mysterious briefcase. This all comes to a head when killers do what killers do best and chaos on the train ensues as they all fight to survive one another and avoid becoming a target.
Bullet Train boasts an ensemble cast that includes Pitt, Bullock, Joey King, Andrew Koji, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Michael Shannon, Logan Lerman, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hiroyuki Sanada, Masi Oka, Benito Antonio, and Martínez Ocasio.
Pitt is said to be playing the leading role as the assassin Ladybug, King will be playing Prince, the psychotic killer who hides behind the facade of an innocent girl. Tyree Henry and Taylor-Johnson will portray Lemon and Tangerine, a duo of twin assassins working together. Bullock will play Laydbug’s handler.
Leitch is helming the film from a script written by Zak Olkewicz. Leitch also serves as producer alongside Kelly McCormick, and Antoine Fuqua with Ryosuke Sagusa, Yuma Terada, Brent O’Connor, and Kat Samick executive producing.
Bullet Train will premiere in theaters on July 15th, 2022. Check out the trailer below:
