Warlock: Rebirth – Warlock Set To Headline A New Limited Series from Creators Ron Marz and Ron Lim

Marvel Comics has announced that Warlock will headline his own limited series titled Warlock: Rebirth. The series comes from Ron Marz and Ron Lim who reunite after their team up in Silver Surfer: Rebirth to bring fans along to revisit the thrilling adventures of Adam Warlock. The superstar creators continue to put their mark on the Marvel Universe as they put the spotlight on one of the most powerful superheroes. 

The series is one that the publisher hopes will have fans talking about well through 2023 and welcomes fans both current and new to join this adventure with Adam Warlock that will let current fans revisit the superheroes’ early days while serving as a great entry point for new fans to familiarize themselves with the character as he gears up to make his MCU debut in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 with Will Poulter portraying the iconic character. 

Marvel’s description of Warlock: Rebirth reads: 

“Adam Warlock was created to be the perfect human specimen. Since then, Adam has gone on to be a cosmic savior, defending the galaxy from the likes of Thanos, the Universal Church of Truth and the Magus. But what will happen when the next evolution of Warlock emerges? Someone who is stronger, faster and smarter than Adam?”

“Ron and I had such a great time on our Surfer series, accepting the invitation to come back and do more was a no-brainer,” Marz said. “The cosmic end of the Marvel Universe is a wonderful playground, and we’ve got some great toys, including Gamora and Pip and Doctor Strange. There are definitely some sequel threads to what we did in Silver Surfer: Rebirth, but we’re making sure this Warlock series stands on its own. Who knows, maybe a shiny guy on a surfboard will show up too.”
