Netflix has revealed the official trailer for The Midnight Club. Fans get a deeper look into the next dark tale being spun by Mike Flanagan in his new series. Flanagan’s latest venture at the streamer was Midnight Mass which was met with critically acclaimed success. Flanagan has also delivered chills to fans in the fan-favorite series of The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor.

The trailer introduces us to the characters created by Christopher Pike from the novel that the series is adapted. The trailer introduces us to Ilonka as she is set to begin the best years of her life at Stanford. That is until a devastating diagnosis of thyroid cancer derails her plans which leads her to Brightcliffe.
A residency for young people suffering from terminal ailments. The teens at Brightcliffe have formed the Midnight Club to help cope with their illness and as they gather at the stroke of midnight to share horrifying tales, the stories begin to become much more real than they anticipated.

Netflix‘s official synopsis reads:
“At a hospice for terminally ill young adults, eight patients come together every night at midnight to tell each other stories — and make a pact that the next of them to die will give the group a sign from the beyond. Based on the 1994 novel of the same name as well as other works by Christopher Pike.”
The Midnight Club stars Iman Benson, Adia, Igby Rigney, Ruth Codd, Aya Furukawa, Annarah Cymone, William Chris Sumpter, Sauriyan Sapkota Zach Gilford, Matt Biedel, Samantha Sloyan, Larsen Thompson, William B. Davis, Crystal Balint, Patricia Drake, and Heather Langenkamp. Flanagan and Leah Fong co-developed the series and will also serve as executive producers. The series will be helmed by Morgan Beggs, Axelle Carolyn, Michael Fimognari, and Viet Nguyen.
The Midnight Club will premiere exclusively on Netflix on October 7th, 2022. Check out the official trailer below:
